1- Setting the general policy for performance evaluation and quality assurance in the faculty for the purpose of continuous improvement.

2- Disseminating the culture of quality in the faculty community of faculty members, students and employees.

3- Applying an effective system of follow-up and evaluation through the application of the necessary mechanisms to achieve internal audit systems and guarantee their continuity.

4- Studying obstacles and difficulties and developing plans and submitting proposals to improve the levels of performance in the faculty.

5- Increasing the confidence of the community and the beneficiaries of the service in the performance of the faculty and proposing the establishment of new programs according to community needs.
