Quality Assurance Unit Goals

The unit aims to achieve the final goals and strategic objectives of the faculty by committing to the following:

1.Develop the strategic plan of the faculty.

  • Formulation of vision and mission.
  • Publishing vision and mission.
  • Study of environmental factors.
  • Identify gaps.
  • Develop an operational plan.
  • Follow-up of annual executive plans

2.Develop a performance evaluation and analysis system that complies with the measurement mechanisms and tools approved by the Quality Assurance Center at the university.

  • Preparation of self-study and annual reports.
  • Questionnaires to evaluate the performance of the administration, faculty members and teaching assistants.
  • Questionnaires to evaluate the educational process.
  • Workshops.
  • Activating the role of the Programs and Courses Committee.
  • Activation of the Internal Audit Committee.
  • Benefit from feedback in making corrective actions.

3.Awareness, training and technical support in the field of quality assurance.

  • Disseminating the culture of quality.
  • Holding training courses, workshops and seminars in the field of quality.
  • Preparing trainers in the field of quality management by attending courses organized by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation.
  • Holding training courses for faculty members to know how to prepare specifications of programs and courses, reports, measurement and evaluation.

4.Reviewing databases and updating the website.

  • Creating databases for faculty members.
  • Creating Job Description.
  • Organizational Structure Review.

5.Supporting students, following up on academic stumbling, and academic advising reports.

6.Activating the community partnership for the community of beneficiaries of the faculty graduates.

7.Joint seminars with the syndicate

8.Supporting scientific research

  • Participate in holding scientific conferences.

9.Provide technical support to the faculty departments and all its employees and helping them to prepare self-evaluation reports, prepare self-study, programs and courses specifications.
