The early detection campaign for eye diseases, glaucoma, and visual impairment was held on Tuesday, 12/12/2023 at 10 am at the Faculty of Pharmacy building (room 213 & clinic room).

This is part of the activities of the Community Affairs and Environmental Development Service Sector.

(Lecturer of Biochemistry and member of the Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Committee).

In cooperation with Dar Al-Oyoun Center and Jamjoom Pharma Company, and with the presence of several ophthalmologists at the highest level of efficiency, to provide a free service for the work of:

1. Comprehensive examination of eye diseases by tonopen device to measure eye pressure and early detection of glaucoma causing weakness and loss of vision.

2. Number of Booth and Photobooth.

3. Free medical samples.

4. Slit lamp to detect allergic diseases and infectious bacterial diseases.

More than 500 cases of students, faculty members, administrative staff, employees, and university employees were examined, and all the necessary tests were done for them.
