The Third Charity Exhibition of the Faculty of Pharmacy for the Academic Year 2023-2024

The third charity exhibition (2023-2024) included the following:
1. Allocating a space at the university campus to set up a tent for the exhibition.
2. The tent was divided into the following sections:
1- Clothes, bags and shoes department:
Clothes, bags, and shoes were collected, the good ones selected, sent to the laundry, and were priced to be offered for sale to poor workers at nominal prices.

2- Food section:
– The students brought home made food and sweets.
– Fast food was brought (noodles, potatoes, burgers)
– Canned drinks and juices, fresh drinks and hot drinks were brought, along with a kettle.
– A popcorn machine, cotton candy, and a grill were brought from donors.
– All of the above food and drinks were offered for sale to students at a nominal price.
3- Games section:
Some games such as billiards, PlayStation, table tennis and chess were brought and rented to students at a nominal price to contribute to charity.
4- Handicrafts Department:
The students donated their handicrafts and any antiques from their homes were sold at a nominal price to contribute to charitable works.
The exhibition included the sale of accessories, books, novels, stories, antiques, pottery, paintings, and children’s toys.

All donations collected will be directed to several charitable organizations inside and outside the city of Damietta and New Damietta, and receipts will be given for receiving these donations from each organization.
This work entirely volunteered by the students with the help of some of the faculty members, assistant staff, and the youth welfare and financial affairs staff. Any efforts expended was free of charge and sincere for the sake of God Almighty as a donation of time and effort
