In an attempt to increase awareness about various infectious diseases especially during this critical time of coronavirus pandemic, the Microbiology and Immunology Department, Faculty of Pharmacy, Horus University – Egypt, has launched an online awareness campaign to help in prevention and controlling the spread of various infections especially COVID-19. The target audience was the users of social media including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. All used tools in this campaign were prepared by level two students during their study of the Medical Microbiology course.
